Volker Kape – Project Manager
Having “learnt his trade” with a major freight forwarder in Lubeck, Volker then relocated to the UK and developed his skills moving freight by rail. Although perhaps not a logical move, when he first came to STG, it soon became apparent that similar disciplines applied.
When Volker is not on the golf course, invariably he can be found relaxing on his canal boat, or at least until the next lock comes into view!

John Eagles – Account Manager
As with many members of the stg team, John has worked in a variety of logistics roles. Starting out in print distribution, John has considerable experience in warehousing, stock control and distribution. At first sight, it may not be immediately apparent as to how this fits within the stg ethos – solving transport problems. However, there is little doubt that he brings important skills to the stg team.
When he is away from the office, John first passion is rugby, being a qualified and practicing RFU coach.
